We only accept return requests for products purchased through our website (www.sportful.com). If you purchased from a retailer, please return your Sportful product to the retailer from which you originally purchased it.

The Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. All returns should be both unwashed and unworn.

Sportful products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

For returns and warranty claims related to items purchased from another retailer, please return your Sportful product to the retailer from which you have purchased it. To ensure that your return will be handled smoothly remember to keep your proof of purchase.
